1. All copyright of photographic images remains with Mark Palmer Photography.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The Voucher must be used to attend your photo session within two months* from date of purchase or it will no longer be valid.
2. The Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described.
3. The Voucher may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot.
4. Only one Experience voucher can be used per session.
5. The Voucher is non transferable.
6. The Voucher is valid only for a full family photoshoot, which all family members must attend. This is at the discretion of Mark Palmer Photography.
7. Only one Voucher may be used per family per year.
8. In the event of cancellation, please provide a minimum of seven days notice or a rearrangement fee of £50.00 will be applied.
9. Mark Palmer Photography photoshoots involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.

*This can be discussed and occasionally extended in specific circumstances.
