FAQs

How many people can I bring to my session?
We have a fantastic size space at the studio which can accommodate up to 15 people, meaning that you can get the whole family together to really make the most of your portrait session.
How long does my photography session last?
We allow up to 1 ½ hours for both your session and viewing to make sure you’ve got plenty of time to get everything you like from your shoot.
Can we bring our pet to our photography session?
Definitely, we’re very pet friendly and love including them in your session! We’ve had everything from dogs to rabbits, hamsters, snakes, and even chickens so pretty much anything goes. We just need to know when booking your session as we’ve got specific pet appointments in the diary which allow us time to clean the studio after you’ve been in.
What should we wear?
We want to capture the uniqueness of you and your family. Instead of having props or clothes at the studio for you to use, we encourage you to bring along a few changes of clothing and personal items that are special to you. The most important thing is you feel comfortable in what you’re wearing so always focus on that. Your photographer will be happy to discuss ideas and choices with you when they give you a call before your session.
Can I bring personal items to our session?
We LOVE personalizing your images, and the best way of doing this is by bringing items that mean something to you and your family. So have a good think about what you’d like to bring along, anything goes, and it’s better to bring too much than not enough! If you need any inspiration just give us a call and we’d be happy to help, otherwise, have a good look at the gallery on the website to see what other people have brought along.
Is there parking at the studio?
We don’t have designated spaces, but there is parking directly outside in the market square. It’s a pay-and-display car park and costs £1 for 2 hours. Alternatively, there are several other long-stay car parks dotted across the town, and we’ll provide a map after you’ve booked your session so you know where they all are.
Can I view my images online?
No, all our images are viewed here at the studio in our preview room on the big screen! Most people say this is the best bit, getting to see all your images at a fantastic size and having plenty of time to select the sizes and frames you would like to display them in.
How much do your portraits cost?
We’ve sourced a fantastic range of hand-finished products so we are confident that what we craft for you will be the best you can find. Obviously, the images are the most important thing, but how they are presented is vital, and our products are designed to show them off to their very best. Every product is bespoke and made to order in our fine art print lab. Our Wall Portraits start at £295 and go up to over £1,000 for some of our huge wall sets. We find there’s something in there for everyone’s budget and offer several different payment options.
Do you have any ‘Special Offers’ on your portraits?
Yes, we offer different offers throughout the year to allow you to get the exact selection of images you’d like on the wall.
Can I spread the cost of my portraits?
Yes, we offer a ‘spread the cost’ option, it’s all interest-free, and you can spread the payments over 6 or 12 months with just a 20% deposit.
Can we buy digital images?
We specialize in wall art and very much believe in producing stunning portraiture for your walls that will last a lifetime and that you’ll enjoy every day. However, we do offer a digital album option for those that want to be able to share their images with friends and family. This comes as a minimum of 15 images, and the price varies depending on what else you’ve for the wall. We don’t offer single digital files.
How long do your portraits take to be produced?
All our products are bespoke and made to order, so we allow 4 weeks for your portraits to be produced and delivered back to us at the studio.
